Returns


Our policy has no refunds or no exchanges for Products and Gift Cards. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item was damaged when received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have to be contacted via e-mail to hello@aeroture.com.au within 24 hours of delivery , we would appreciate if you send us a photo of the damaged goods. We will only replace the damaged item for an exact same image Print. we will do out best to get the replacement to you ASAP. 

Don't worry we will take care of all of it for you, just contact us and our team will work on the new print as we confirm all before the old product is even got to our end. 

 

To complete your return of product, we require

- Contact us with in 24 hours of receiving the item.
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- Order Number 
- Proof of Damaged goods
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us. We will issues a return Address and a Return ID number. 

 We will Pay for your return postage and the replacement item will be shipping free as well.
